Ok, here's what happened...
I was in the middle of a hand at a $0.10/$0.25 cash game on bodog. I get pocket aces, and raise it to $9. Another guy calls with his $3 and change, and another guy pushes all-in. As soon as I press the All-in button on my bodog application, I get an error...
We're sorry, Bodog Poker is experiencing temporary problems. Please try restarting the program.
A second later, Bodog closes itself.
As soon as the message box popped up, the first thing I did was take a screenshot, and here it is...
I've since called Bodog to find out why this happened and if they're going to do something to right the error. They said that the other player had pocket aces as well, and it would have been a split pot. The first lady I spoke to said there was nothing they could do, then the next guy said they would look into it and call me back. I'm interested to find out if they're going to reimburse me or not. If not, I might cash out and spend more time on poker stars.
Update...
Talked to Bodog a number of times and we worked everything out. I'm very impressed with their level of customer service.
Just wanted to add that they guy said it would be less than 48 hours before I get a phone call from them about the reimbursement. I'll (probably) add another comment when they let me know what they can do to make this right...
